The project management approach concerns the general organization and monitoring of a project, both tactically and operationally. We talk about organization and work planning at all levels. All task management is thus under the responsibility of the project manager.
The first project management step was planning. We started by making a division into chronological phases. For each phase we determined the list of tasks to be performed, the expected costs and the resources required.
The two project leaders are responsible for assessing the feasibility of the project through a functional analysis, to remove obstacles by optimizing risk management, defining specifications and often a repository, quantifying and respecting the defined budget, structuring implementation, planning and managing a project , to pilot the progress of the project by applying a methodology.
